For payment questions, include transaction date, payment provider and order ID if available. Do not send full card numbers or passwords.

Use in-app reporting or email support if someone asks for money transfers, lottery payments, OTP codes, passwords, identity documents or unsafe private information.
For emergencies or immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
